Giannini Foundation Library, Policies for Visitors:

1.Visiting Scholars1 will be given a key to the Library when their paperwork is completed by ARE staff. These keys must be returned when the Visiting Scholar leaves.

2. Visiting Students are not automatically given keys to the Library. If they wish to have a key, they may ask their faculty sponsor to request it from the Library staff. These keys must be returned when the Visiting Student leaves.

3. Jeff will assign library carrels to Visiting Scholars if the sponsor requests it on a first come first serve basis.

4. Visitors with keys may use Airbears for wireless access in the library by getting a temporary Calnet ID. Library staff will not set up guest accounts for visitors.
